Most bungalows consists of a separate bathroom with (hot) shower and a living room with 2 beds, TV, refrigerator, fan or air co. The big bungalows have a separate sitting room. The apartments are away from the road, so you can hardly hear the traffic on Prajak road!!

Nongkhai is a well known place in Thailand.
You can get there by car, by bus, by train and by airplane (airport in Udon Thani at 55 km).
If you want to visit Laos: in Nongkhai is a bridge over the river. And then you are close to Vientiane: the capital of Laos.
In and nearby the city of Nongkhai are famous temples. Along the Mekong River is a Indochinese market (Tha Sadet)
with stuff from China, Laos, Vietnam and of course Thailand.
In the dry season you can even swim in the Mekong River (in the village Hat Chommani, close to the city center)...
But the most important to know is the opinion, according to the people in Thailand,
the atmosphere in the city and the province is very special.
Nongkhai has the benefits of a modern city where you can smell the adventure of a border-town. But you also can see and feel the relaxed
(countryside) way of live from the inhabitants.
